By downloading or using Figura, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Figura on any platform.
Figura is developed and operated by Merrimack Valley Models, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Massachusetts, United States. You can reach us at support@figuraapp.com.
Figura is a body composition tracking application for iPhone. It calculates and tracks Relative Fat Mass (RFM) using measurements you enter manually or import from Apple Health. Figura is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The information Figura provides — including RFM calculations, trend data, category labels, and any insights — is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, diet, or exercise.
Your health data belongs to you. Figura stores all user data on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to use Figura only for lawful personal health tracking purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Figura. You may not use Figura in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the app or interfere with other users.
Figura and all its content, features, and functionality — including the app design, RFM category system, and branding — are owned by Merrimack Valley Models, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Figura is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of inaccuracies. RFM and other calculations are estimates based on the measurements you provide — they are not clinical measurements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merrimack Valley Models, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Figura. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Figura after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
